In the summer of 2024, Storytellers gathered to imagine a world, characters, and events that might occur somewhere in Cullyville. As it happens, Cullyville is not always what it seems. Walking down Simpson St. in NE Portland, Oregon, it appears to be a little village neighborhood with ordinary folks, urban farms, dogs and cats, rabbits and crows, overgrown patches of green…Yup. But sometimes we discover floating roofs, crystal caves, petrified forests and luminescent coves – or unique characters – that lead us into worlds of imagination.
Here’s a place for Cullyville Storytellers to keep adding ideas that just might belong in our upcoming storybook series: Pohdo’s Adventures in Cullyville. All of the ideas you share will ripple into our ever-growing “Stream of Good Ideas” which feeds the “River of Imagination.” That’s where all good stories come from, you know. And your ideas may become part of the Cullyville Stories book(s).
The latest update of the story is attached here as a PDF. Download and read it before you add new ideas. You can also listen to a Podcast of the making of this story HERE. Below are questions for us to wonder about right now. OR, if you have ideas about another part of the story just add them below.
